WHEN WILL THIS BE DELIVERED?
The Photographer will deliver all FULLY EDITED IMAGES within 10 weeks of the event.
HOW WILL DIGITALS BE DELIVERED?
An email will be sent to you containing a private link to the online gallery of Ultra High Resolution Digital Files . From the gallery you will be able to view and download and share all image files.
ABOUT THE ONLINE GALLERY?
The online gallery of FULLY EDITED IMAGES will be available for one (1) year from the delivery day to the Client. For a typical event Client’s can expect 400+ FULLY EDITED IMAGES to be delivered.
WHO CHOOSES THE IMAGES FOR ALBUMS?
Once the Client has received the online gallery of FULLY EDITED IMAGES, they then have 3 weeks to select images to be included in the album. Up to 100 images may be selected for the 30 page album and up to 70 images selected for the 20 page album. These selections are then coordinated with the Photographer who then lays out the album online, for the Client’s review. This layout takes approximately 2 weeks, then is resubmitted to the Client online for review. Once approved, the album is submitted to the printing house and will be shipped by courier to the Client when complete.
CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL PRINTS?
There will be an option in the online gallery to order prints in various sizes. Print sales through TPJ CO are an additional cost and are not included in the fee. You are under no obligation to order prints through Trevor Jenkins | Photographer, this is solely an additional option. A PRINT RELEASE is delivered with the FULLY EDITED DIGITAL IMAGES, in which the Client will be able to take the FULLY EDITED DIGITAL IMAGE FILES to any vendor of their choosing.
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR RESERVATION?
A signed Agreement and 50% retainer is required for reservation.
ARE TAXES INCLUDED IN THE RATES?
All prices include taxes, media mgmt and license.
